You can permanently delete your Cellarhand account and all associated data here. This action is irreversible.

What gets deleted

Workspace Admins: permanently deletes your entire workspace — all business data, settings, and any members who belong only to your workspace.

Members: permanently deletes your personal profile and removes you from every workspace you belong to. Those workspaces stay active.

Data we may retain: we permanently delete your data except limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g., financial or regulatory compliance).

Timeframe: once verified, your data is permanently purged within 14 business days.

To verify and delete: 1) Enter your registered email. 2) Enter the OTP sent to your inbox. 3) Confirm permanent deletion.
