You can permanently delete your Cellarhand account and all associated data here. This action is irreversible.

What gets deleted

Workspace Admins: permanently erases your personal profile and your name everywhere it appears. The workspace and its production records stay with the winery, but they no longer identify you.

Members: permanently erases your personal profile and removes you from every workspace you belong to. Those workspaces stay active.

Data we may retain: we permanently delete your data except limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g., financial or regulatory compliance).

Timeframe: deletion happens immediately when you confirm. A few copies age out on their own instead: encrypted backups after 7 days, server logs after 30 days, and a phone that already synced a workspace keeps its local copy until it next connects.

To verify and delete: 1) Enter your registered email. 2) Enter the OTP sent to your inbox. 3) Confirm permanent deletion.
